My 3 themes from professional sport…

Personal development : bored to be at my best!

“Personal development : the more and more philosophy ”

I hate this sentence : “be the best version of yourself”. It’s the best way to the self confident loss!

When people tell me that, I answer :”Really? You want to be the best version of yourself? For what?”… most of the time, a long silence remains or an embarrassed laugh.

Being at 101% is obliged for professional athletes. My job is to help them to go always further. But is it fitted for you? And are you able to pay the price for it? What is the success for you? Most of people think that personal development is the way to be the best version of themselves and sport, the best way to win. Actually, it’s not.

During my conference, I will show you the reality behind the scene. Personal development should be the way to create your own “rules of the game” and sport should be an inspiration but not an example to follow… .

The NeuroManagement from sport

“Forget the leadership! Try the NeuroManagement ”

In companies, I used to hear many managers who think they don’t have enough leadership to be respected by their collaborators. As an answer, I always use this example ; “Do you know that many professional trainers who win are not leaders? And they win yet! And athletes respect them.”

How do they do? They use the neurosciences discoveries to improve their management.

Leadership is not the most important part of success or respect.

During my conference, I will share with you my experiences with the professional trainers who are able create connexions between different personalities and who are able to focus a team on a same target.

Transition / Evolve careers

“A positive and dynamic vision of changing : change is a new opportunity”

Being a professional athlete is having a deadline job. Athletes don’t have the choice : they must think about their transition career. I supported more than 1000 athletes and we have many things to learn from them about the career evolves.

This conference deals with “how to face changing and accept it”. I will build bridges between sport and companies or chosen retirement and obliged retirement.

With me, no complain. I propose to share my coaching method to help people to deal with any changes and consider them as a new chance.
